American tech company InFocus launched the Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4 smartphones at a price of Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively. InFocus claims that both the devices have been launched keeping photography enthusiasts in mind, the more premium Snap 4 will go on sale starting 26 September. Both devices are Amazon India exclusives.
The company claims that the smartphones cater to selfie lovers and photography enthusiasts in India as both feature dual rear cameras at the back. InFocus Snap 4 is best under 15000 Rs.
Two at the front and two at rear panel camera, making it the first handset in the Indian market with four cameras smartphone on board.
It likes to be an interesting budget camera smartphone, and it also has 4GB RAM that can offer lag-free multitasking experience.

The new InFocus Snap 4 features a metal uni body design with antenna lines running on top and bottom of the back panel.
It is crafted for a premium look and the elegant all-metal uni-body finish makes the smartphone more desirable.
The dual rear cameras are stacked above the top antenna line at the top left corner with an LED flash alongside.
The fingerprint sensor is placed slight beneath the LED flash module on the back. At the base, the Snap 4 house a Micro-USB port and mono speaker grill.
On top, it has the 3.5mm jack for headphone. Up front, it sports dual front-facing camera at the top, sensors, and microphone. The phone comes with capacitive navigations key which is backlit.
The right houses the power button and dual-SIM card tray while the volume rockers are pitched on the left side.

Talking about Software, Android Nougat out-of-the-box It was good to see that both the handsets run Android Nougat out-of-the-box.
The user interface is not stock Android. Instead, you will get the companies customizes UI that places all the icons on the home screen.
The user interface felt pretty responsive in my brief usage; however, the real software performance will be evaluated in our detailed review of the handsets.

InFocus Snap 4 key attraction is dual rear camera array with 13MP auto focus sensor, and an 8MP secondary camera placed on the back and an 8MP + 8MP camera placed on the front.
We have seen many handsets that come with dual camera setup on the back, and we have seen some handsets with dual camera setup on the front. And now here is the InFocus Snap 4 with dual camera setup on the front as well as on the back.
The main rear sensor has 80-degree wide-angle view and 5P lens which the secondary sensor on the Snap 4 comes with 120-degree wide-angle view and 6P lens.
We tried testing out the cameras for some time, capturing a few shots in the good and low light. The colour reproduction was decent, and autofocus could lock on the subject quite well.
The auto focus Snap 4 was quite accurate Talking about the front cameras; the Snap 4 gets two 8MP camera sensors each having the f/2.2 aperture.
The front cameras however don’t offer front flash which is a bit let down given that images might sometime retain noise in low light.

The device comes powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTekMT6750N Cortex-A53 processor and runs Android Nougat operating system.
The smartphone has an inbuilt 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM which can be further extended up to 128GB with micro SD card. InFocus Snap 4 is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery unit.

As mentioned the InFocus display features a 5.2-inch On-cell IPS display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels.
The phone comes with a 2.5D arc glass layered on top. The screen has a pixel density of 282.40ppi.
The output on the Snap 4 was found to be average, the colours seem a bit washed off, but the ambient light sensor. However, we would like to stand-in our opinion about the display performance until we put it to a rigorous test.

The specs of InFocus Snap 4 are excellent. InFocus Snap 4 smartphones with its dual-camera setups at rear and front do seem like an interesting budget camera smartphone under 15000 rupees.
Also, it has 4GB RAM that can offer lag-free multitasking experience. All these features make Snap 4 smartphone one of the best smartphone in the budget smartphones segment.
